There was something abut Grandma that wasn't always talked about but was definitely felt by all. She had a way (like noone else) to make people know and feel that they were welcome and loved. Many of my friends and most recently my daghter became instantly fond of Grandma for this reason. Even in her last few days (a time when Reese had become shy of most unfamiliar people) Reese immediately lied down and gave Great Grandma a hug and kiss. She definitely knew that her Great Grandma loved her too!
